As the VP of Quality Assurance, you will be responsible for developing and implementing quality strategies, policies, and procedures to ensure the highest level of product quality and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance strategies, policies, and procedures
• Establish and maintain quality control standards and processes
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and increase customer satisfaction
• Lead and develop a team of quality assurance professionals
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address quality issues and implement corrective actions
• Stay up-to-date with industry standards and regulations to ensure compliance
• Provide guidance and support to resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in quality assurance management
• Proven track record of successfully implementing quality assurance strategies and processes
• Strong knowledge of quality control standards, methodologies, and best practices
• Excellent leadership and management skills
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally and collaborate with different teams
• Experience in the manufacturing industry is a plus
