Key Responsibilities

• Product Development: Lead a group of exceptional engineers to achieve product success, including architecting and executing product roadmaps that transcend current market limitations, positioning Flow360 as the definitive leader in CFD technology.
• Marketing and sales collaboration: Enable and empower marketing and sales teams to achieve product success in the marketplace.
• Leadership: Foster a culture of excellence in both innovation and execution across all teams involved in product development.

Requirements

• Strong engineering background.
• Extensive experience in the CFD, preferably gained at major CFD commercial software companies.
• Deep understanding of CFD technology, software and market.
• 5+ years of product management experiences.  
• Exceptional leadership skills
• A passion for innovation and a relentless drive to create market-leading products
