Key Responsibilities: Responsible for developing a comprehensive global marketing plan and brand positioning – from strategy to execution – that supports sales growth in both B2C (consumer property sales) and B2B (recruiting and retention of sales agents) verticals. Leads a diverse global team and daily operations of the brand marketing function.

Developing and implementing campaigns and promotions that position the brand and its agents as global leaders in the luxury real estate arena. Acts as the voice of marketing with client groups and provides feedback to the CMO. Establishes consistency throughout SIR advertising regarding identity standards.

Proactively collaborates with various teams to understand current and emerging marketing needs. Establishes and manages marketing policies, procedures, and budget. Ensures cross-functional marketing teams support brand positioning.

Communicates effectively across all functions of the organization. Researches competitive landscape and stays current on advertising and positioning of competing brands. Qualifications: BS/BA in Marketing, Communications, or related field; advanced degree or MBA is preferred. 10 years’ experience in marketing or branding management and leadership preferably in real estate or luxury brand.

Prior experience working with diverse international markets and cultures is a plus. 5 years of experience leading people, department, and/or function. Proven ability to negotiate and manage vendor relationships and expenses. Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
