Job Title: Vice President of Information TechnologyLocation: Franklin, TN (Hybrid Onsite/Remote)Salary: Negotiable based on experience, up to 200K OTE with great benefits up to 15K value.Reports To: CFOPurpose Statement
To lead the advancement of the organization's information systems, ensuring seamless functionality and optimal user experience for both customers and team members.

Essential Duties:
- Spearhead the development and oversight of technological infrastructure, encompassing organizational information systems, IT support, and software applications.
- Lead the implementation and optimization of a contemporary data stack.
- Define and execute the strategic direction of the company's information systems.
- Coordinate professional services such as systems analysis, feasibility studies, and programming.
- Manage the organization's project management office (PMO), overseeing development projects and resource allocation.
- Establish IT policies aligned with departmental and organizational objectives, while nurturing team members and departmental initiatives.
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field.
- 10+ years of technical experience, with a strong preference for leadership roles.
- Proficiency in project management.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication abilities.
- Strong organizational skills with keen attention to detail.
- Comprehensive understanding of IS policies and procedures.
- Proficient in analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making.
- Effective leadership skills, fostering collaboration and results-driven culture.
- Strategic thinking coupled with tactical execution capabilities.
- Extended periods of desk work and computer usage.
- Ability to lift up to 15 pounds occasionally.
- Willingness and ability to travel, if required.
- Users to support: 1250 Employees/Users
- Direct Reports: This role will oversee 2 direct reports – an IT Manager and a Tech Support Specialist.
- Technology Platform: The organization utilizes the Google Platform.
