Vice President of Finance - Treasury and Investor Relations (Provo, UT)
Vivint currently has an opening for a Vice President of Finance with an emphasis in Treasury, Investor Relations, and Consumer Financing reporting to the Senior Vice President of Finance and Treasurer located in its corporate office in Provo, UT.
This person will be a dynamic individual that will drive value by providing thoughtful, strategic leadership and financial expertise within the Treasury and Finance organizations. This position will have a wide range of responsibilities, including assisting with treasury operations, investor relations, consumer financing, risk management, and strategic M&A.
Develop and implement a best-practices investor relations program, including preparation of press releases, quarterly financial releases, the company presentations, conference call script and related materials.
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, crafting and delivering meaningful strategic insights and practical recommendations, along with sound financial analysis, to inform and influence business decisions
Maintain and perform necessary enhancements to the company's investor relations website and content
Perform and communicate comprehensive competitive analysis, including both financial metrics and value drivers
Lead the Company's consumer financing initiative, including managing the partnership relationships, continuous process improvements, and reporting and analysis of the financing portfolio performance
Lead or support new business opportunities through insightful business case analysis
Lead ad-hoc projects for the SVP of Finance, CFO and other members of executive management
Required Skills/ Required Experience:
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written or verbal)
7-10 years of relevant experience in progressing financial, treasury, and/or investor relations roles
Ability to effectively collaborate across all levels of the organizations
Ability to handle multiple priorities in a time sensitive and dynamic environment
Willingness to work flexible schedule to accommodate business requirements
Excellent organizational, analytical, negotiation and problem solving skills
Demonstrated financial modeling skills, including analytical reasoning, quantitative analysis and sensitive analysis
Knowledge with consumer financing, including the management and reporting of loan portfolios
Proficient in Microsoft Office with emphasis in Excel and Power Point
Strong critical thinking skills, with an ability to identify trends in financial data and develop creative solution
CTP, IRC, and/or MBA preferred
