Spring Education Group is a multi-brand education network of superior private school institutions spanning infant care through high school. The network (currently composed of approximately 220 schools) brings together some of the best private school programs in the country, with proven track records educating children through unique and carefully crafted curricula.

The Vice President of Enrollment for Independent K-12 (IK12) Schools is accountable for generating new student leads and driving the effective conversion of those leads to enrollment. The Vice President of Enrollment oversees a team of Enrollment Directors, Coordinators and Marketing professionals located at multiple campus sites across the United States.

This role requires adeptness in crafting and implementing scalable business processes while fostering a culture of adaptability and continuous improvement within the organization. The Vice President of Enrollment reports to the Division President for this school group consisting of 13 private school brands across nine states.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Strategic:

  • Develop, maintain and optimize the inquiry-to-new enrollment conversion process

  • Develop and maintain new enrollment goals and budget for the Division

  • Collaborate with Marketing partners to optimize marketing strategy and new lead performance

Leadership and Culture Development:

  • Manage with defined roles, KPIs and accountability

  • Create and deliver professional development programs for Admissions Directors and Admissions Representatives

  • Build and ensure compliance with processes and systems

  • Cultivate a transparent, data-informed culture focused on results

Staff Management and Development:

  • Understand and forecast future staffing needs and oversee the talent acquisition process

  • Develop onboarding programs and ensure successful completion for new employees

  • Implement retention strategies for high-quality staff and handle escalated employee issues appropriately

Expectations:

  • Manage all aspects of the admissions inquiry process for a network of independent K-12 private schools

  • Monitor team and process effectiveness through KPI tracking

  • Continuously optimize inquiry conversion activities

  • Identify areas of opportunity and design and conduct training and team development

  • Implement and maintain sales and lead conversion best practices, including real-time feedback and clear, aligned and measurable goals

  • Maintain and promote an in-depth understanding and robust usage of the CRM system

  • Actively problem-solve by working through the organization when necessary

  • Develop and deliver accurate enrollment forecasts

  • Prioritize team's activities in line with company goals and objectives

  • Regularly review marketing results and collaborate with internal partners to optimize marketing efforts

  • Foster a results-oriented, adaptable operating culture

  • Build strong relationships with heads of schools and other leadership partners

ESSENTIAL SKILLS & EXPERIENCE:

Experience:

  • A minimum of five (5) years of successful operational experience with profit/loss accountability in a sales or lead conversion environment

  • A minimum of five (5) years of management experience

  • Bachelor's Degree in business, education, or related discipline; Master's Degree preferred.

  • Proven track record in managing high ticket conversion operations

  • School-based leadership experience is a plus

  • Ability to present and communicate clearly and concisely to all levels of professionals, including Senior Leadership.

  • Demonstrated ability to manage conflict in the workplace by effectively applying conflict resolution strategies and confronting issues as they arise

  • Remain accessible and responsive to all members of the SEG community

  • Use technology systems to communicate with members of the SEG community effectively
