We are Excited to announce we are expanding! We are hiring a Vice President of Administrative Services (VPAS), at our Montebello office.
What You'd Be Doing
The Vice President of Administrative Services (VPAS) provides critical operational and programmatic support to Health Solutions. The VPAS is responsible for a wide range of administrative and operational services, including management of the Electronic Health Records (EHR) system, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), Billing Department, and Childcare Services, as well as overseeing the support staff. This role is pivotal in integrating administrative functions with clinical services to enhance overall efficiency and quality of care.
Responsibilities:
Provides strategic leadership and operational oversight for all administrative services, ensuring seamless integration with clinical services.
Manages the entire spectrum of activities related to EHR, RCM, and billing to optimize efficiency and compliance with regulatory standards.
Oversees the recruitment, development, and retention of support staff, ensuring they are aligned with the organization's goals.
Collaborates with other senior leaders to develop and implement strategic plans that enhance operational efficiency and service quality.
Ensures all administrative services adhere to federal and state regulations, maintaining high standards of care and operation.
Regularly assesses the effectiveness of administrative services and implements improvements as necessary.
Represents the administrative services department in executive meetings and contributes to organizational policymaking.
Directs the preparation and management of the department's budget, ensuring fiscal responsibility and resource allocation that supports organizational priorities.
Specific Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
Expert knowledge of healthcare administration principles and practices applicable to EHR, RCM, and billing.
Ability to lead large teams and manage complex budgets.
Strong analytical skills with the capability to oversee data-driven program evaluations.
Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, capable of effectively managing relationships with diverse internal and external stakeholders.
Advanced computer skills and proficiency in using healthcare information systems.
Light - Exerting up to 20 lbs. occasionally, 10 lbs. frequently, or negligible amounts constantly; requires walking, standing, and sitting to a significant degree.

Qualifications
What We're Looking For-The Must-Haves
Minimum of a master's degree in business administration, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.
Comprehensive understanding and experience in overseeing complex administrative operations within a healthcare setting, including Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems, Revenue Cycle Management (RCM), and billing processes.
Proven ability to lead and manage support staff across multiple departments.
Strong competency in developing, implementing, and evaluating programs that integrate medical and behavioral health services.
Valid Colorado driver's license and access to reliable transportation during work hours are required.
Experience
Minimum of ten years in healthcare administration, with substantial leadership responsibilities including the oversight of administrative functions like EHR, RCM, and billing.
Extensive experience in strategic planning, operations management, and developing healthcare services.
Excellence in managing and negotiations with vendors for significant business contracts.
Demonstrated ability in interacting with executive levels of management and directing complex organizational strategies.
Spanish language skills
