Vice President, Marketing

Luxium Solutions is seeking a highly experienced and strategic Vice President of Marketing to lead the marketing function of the company. Reporting directly to the CEO, the Vice President of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing comprehensive marketing strategies to support business and revenue goals in a rapid growth environment.

This position requires a dynamic, results-oriented individual with a strong background in marketing and a demonstrated track record of successfully leading marketing and development teams in a fast-paced, highly technical environment.

The ideal candidate will have knowledge and experience with navigating highly technical markets, including but not limited to: Advanced Optics, Semiconductor substrates, Non-Destructive Testing, Telecommunications, and Medical Imaging.

This position is based in Hiram, OH.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and initiatives for product lines, follow new technology as it relates to the business, competitive tracking, and lead product development effort with respect to new products.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define and execute product marketing strategies and campaigns that align with company goals.
• Manage and mentor team assigned new product (NP) sales and profitability objectives, along with providing guidance, support, and opportunities for professional growth.
• Institute and sustain tools that support analysis and reporting needs on a global basis (NPS, quoting, cost models).
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to inform marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth.

Ability to remain current with global trends in industry, currency, politics and culture are critical to success.  Sensitivity to regional differentiation is imperative in managing and motivating a global team.

The ideal candidate for the Vice President of Marketing role should possess the following qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field; MBA preferred.
• Strong business acumen and strategic thinking and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent leadership and team management skills.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic, and rapidly changing environment.
• Experience in the scintillation, electronics, or materials industry is a plus
