The Corporate Practice is made up of more than 600 Edelman employees across the US, bringing unique practice expertise, deep sector insight and powerful communications acumen to clients across a multitude of industries.
About the Opportunity:
As the lead Marketer for the US Corporate Affairs and Advisory Services practice, you will be a key member of our in-house strategy team, working closely with practice and US marketing leadership to create and implement the marketing strategy that will establish our differentiated positioning and drive growth for the practice. You will dual report to the Chair of the practice and the head of US Business Development and Marketing, regularly interfacing with our Global Marketing team, and will sit on both the US practice and marketing leadership teams.
You'll lead marketing efforts across our ten lines of business to produce a unified foundation that advances our competitive agenda, supports our strategic positioning, and drives business development and growth. You'll turn strategy into action, creating and leading programs for both internal and external audiences that bring our unique perspective, talents and offerings vividly to life.
You'll be comfortable navigating diverse yet often integrated service offerings that address a portfolio of needs stretching across industries, employee teams, and target audiences. You'll embrace strategic discipline in formulating strategies and creative inspiration in bringing programs to life.
You'll be excited at the prospect of running multiple projects at a time, bringing clarity and strategic coordination to complementary efforts, instituting new processes and approaches to marketing, and partnering with a diverse set of professionals within an industry-leading firm.

Bachelor's degree or equivalent in business, marketing, or related field
Minimum of 8 years' experience working in a marketing or public relations role, ideally with a team involved in an organizational transformation
A familiarity with managing lists of prospects via CRM as a means to understand and drive outcomes
A zeal for coordinating projects across a multifaceted, multi-office, or even global organization
Strong organizational skills and the ability to independently carry multiple tasks or projects from concept through to completion
A well-developed gene for collaboration, with senior leaders as well as support staff, in the development and execution of programs
A desire to build and leverage your own relationships with stakeholders inside and outside of our organization
Excellent communication and creative thinking skills, with an ability to use or pursue data to inform all decisions
A restless desire to ask why, challenge assumptions, and turn challenges into opportunities
