Vice President, Marketing And Communications (On-Site)

At NorthBay Health the Vice President of Marketing and Communications leads all strategic marketing and brand management for the organization. Manages public relations and communications functions including reputation management, media relations, marketing and public relations promotion, event management and Internet site content development.

Leads all senior-level communications to internal and external audiences, including crisis communications. Serves as the organization's senior communications advisor. The VP also works closely with members of all corporate Departments to ensure alignment of system-wide messaging - internally and externally - to make certain the "voice of NorthBay" reflects the organization's brand.

This individual leads a team of professionals to deliver results that enhance the reputation of NorthBay and support its strategic plan and growth goals. The VP leads the implementation of marketing initiatives, embracing and strengthening NorthBay's image and brand, to attract and retain patients. The VP reports to the President, Foundation / Chief Experience Officer.
