Pacific Aviation is a team of over 1,000 employees who provide passenger services at a dozen airports across the country. Role Objectives:
- Strategy: develop actionable initiatives to improve the team’s talent and coordination
- Recruiting: bring expertise, energy, focus, and fun to how we attract high-quality candidates
- Development: partner guide our L&D team to amplify our investment in talent and retention
- Process: create lean, scalable systems for efficiency and growth
- Build: get hands-on implementing these systems and practices
- Business Partner: join an executive team that wants a stronger HR voice to complement their long-term vision of shared success at the individual, team, and customer levels.

Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree required.
- 10+ years of human resources experience, 4-5 years in a managerial capacity.
- SHRM-CP or SHRM-SCP preferred.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office programs, such as Outlook, Word, and Excel, as well as the general use of computers.
- Knowledge of all pertinent federal and state regulations (multi-state), filings, and compliance requirements both adopted and pending affecting any employee benefit programs (including ERISA), FMLA, NLRB, ADA, Workers Compensation, Medicare, Social Security, and DOL requirements.
- Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Products.
- ATS/HRIS experience.
