Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, primarily for exempt roles in Human Resources and Finance across North America. Consult with hiring managers to recommend sourcing and diversity strategies including all talent channels: internal/external, employee referral, direct sourcing/networking. The successful candidate will report to a Senior Manager for Global Functions recruiting.
Develop impactful job descriptions
Source applicants, qualify resumes, interview candidates and provide thorough assessments
Provide sound advice to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies and interviewed candidates
Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely status updates
Recommend and negotiate candidate offers through a proactive offer management process with the ability to provide sound rationale for offer terms required
Research and provide insight on competitors and peer organizations
Ensure all hiring policies and procedures (compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to
Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities
Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information.
Ensure "best practice" recruitment guidelines are administered throughout recruitment process
Minimum 5-7 years recruiting experience for a large, complex financial services organization preferred; corporate recruiting experience required
Proven experience in a consultative recruiting model
Proven leadership skills and competencies
Bachelor's Degree required
Strong knowledge of complex compensation structures and relocation assistance packages
Deep expertise in sourcing talent directly through social media channels and other networking activities
Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and writing
Creative and strategic; ability to pivot in response to shifting priorities and proactively adjust sourcing methods as needed
Proven ability to produce strong results in high-volume, sensitive (and confidential) environment
Strong understanding of current legal, compliance and audit requirements including proven experience with immigration procedures
Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment; self-sufficient but collaborative
Strong client service orientation; proven relationship building, critical thinking and influencing skills
Superior organizational and time management skills
Strong understanding of assessment methodologies and internet recruiting with an appetite for continuous learning
Experience with a major Applicant Tracking System, preferably Taleo
