Partner with hiring managers and HR colleagues to manage the full life-cycle recruitment process, primarily for exempt roles in Human Resources and Finance across North America. Consult with hiring managers to recommend sourcing and diversity strategies including all talent channels: internal/external, employee referral, direct sourcing/networking. The successful candidate will report to a Senior Manager for Global Functions recruiting.

  • Develop impactful job descriptions

  • Source applicants, qualify resumes, interview candidates and provide thorough assessments

  • Provide sound advice to clients regarding talent acquisition strategies and interviewed candidates

  • Facilitate feedback to key stakeholders to ensure timely status updates

  • Recommend and negotiate candidate offers through a proactive offer management process with the ability to provide sound rationale for offer terms required

  • Research and provide insight on competitors and peer organizations

  • Ensure all hiring policies and procedures (compliance, legal and regulatory requirements) are adhered to

  • Participate in diversity recruiting events and activities

  • Provide stakeholders with market data and activity information.

  • Ensure "best practice" recruitment guidelines are administered throughout recruitment process

  • Minimum 5-7 years recruiting experience for a large, complex financial services organization preferred; corporate recruiting experience required

  • Proven experience in a consultative recruiting model

  • Proven leadership skills and competencies

  • Bachelor's Degree required

  • Strong knowledge of complex compensation structures and relocation assistance packages

  • Deep expertise in sourcing talent directly through social media channels and other networking activities

  • Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and writing

  • Creative and strategic; ability to pivot in response to shifting priorities and proactively adjust sourcing methods as needed

  • Proven ability to produce strong results in high-volume, sensitive (and confidential) environment

  • Strong understanding of current legal, compliance and audit requirements including proven experience with immigration procedures

  • Must be able to work independently as well as in a team environment; self-sufficient but collaborative

  • Strong client service orientation; proven relationship building, critical thinking and influencing skills

  • Superior organizational and time management skills

  • Strong understanding of assessment methodologies and internet recruiting with an appetite for continuous learning

  • Experience with a major Applicant Tracking System, preferably Taleo

This position leads deal efforts and partners with leadership to assess, recommend and facilitate the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets. ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS 1. Participates in the creation and implementation of the Company's acquisition and disposition strategies 2. Creatively sources off-market acquisitions through relationships with brokers and landlords 3. Leads deal efforts as the point person and manages the analysts staffed on specific transactions by providing guidance and direction on company and departmental initiatives 4. Reviews financial projections and pricing analyses related to the acquisition and disposition of real estate assets utilizing technical software programs, including Excel and Argus 5. Actively participates in the negotiation and drafting of business terms and documents for acquisition and disposition transactions 6. Maintains and develops staff by recruiting, selecting, orienting and training employees 7. Coordinates financial due diligence related to the acquisition and disposition of properties; interacts with other departments including leasing, property management and legal as required by transactions 8. Coordinates the disposition of assets identified for sale, including property underwriting, due diligence and closing of the sales 9. Understands the capital market and financial statement impact of transactional activity and accounting reviews 10. Maintains a professional and technical knowledge by attending educational workshops, reviewing professional publications and establishing personal networks ADDITIONAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES 1. Assumes additional responsibilities and performs special projects as needed or directed REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS Education, Training and/or Experience Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting or related field with ten plus years of financial and leadership experience related to real estate transactions through investment banking, public accounting or other industry experience.
