We are seeking an accomplished professional to join our executive team as the VP & General Manager, PEO/ASO, responsible for leading and advancing our HR services in the technology industry - this role will initially report to our office in Tampa, FL.

As the Vice President & General Manager of PEO/ASO, you will be instrumental in driving the growth and success of our HR services divisions. This strategic leadership role requires a seasoned executive with a deep understanding of HR outsourcing, compliance, and a proven track record in the technology sector. The successful candidate will be responsible for shaping the strategic vision, optimizing operations, and ensuring exceptional service delivery to our clients.

The Role. . .

• Develop and execute the strategic vision for the PEO/ASO divisions, aligning with overall company goals and market trends. Identify and capitalize on opportunities to expand market share and enhance service offerings.

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the PEO/ASO divisions, ensuring efficient service delivery and client satisfaction.

• Implement best practices to streamline processes, enhance scalability, and improve overall operational efficiency.

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, understanding their HR needs and ensuring the delivery of high-quality PEO/ASO services.

• Collaborate with sales and account management teams to identify growth opportunities and address client concerns.

• Ensure PEO/ASO operations comply with relevant labor laws and regulations.

The Ideal Candidate. . .

• Proven experience in a senior leadership role within the PEO/ASO or HR outsourcing industry, preferably within the technology sector.

• In-depth knowledge of HR outsourcing, compliance, and HR technology trends.

• Strong strategic planning and execution skills.

• Exceptional leadership and people management abilities.

• Demonstrated ability to build and maintain client relationships.
