Vice President, FPGA and Power Products, Programmable Solutions Group
Intel's Programmable Solutions Group is seeking a senior leader to manage the FPGA and Power Products Group. This role will report directly to the General Manager of the Programmable Solutions Group and be responsible for driving the Intel FPGA and Intel Enpirion Power Solutions strategy, portfolios and ecosystems across the entire product lifecycle.
In this role, the leader will be responsible for:
Driving FPGA, Structured ASIC, and power products end to end and across the entire product lifecycle, resulting in sustained pipeline, design-in, and revenue growth
Planning a holistic product portfolio aligned to the division and Intel business strategy and that enables sustainable market leadership
Managing, promoting, and planning products and solutions from inception to end-of-life, which includes ownership of product launches, sales enablement, and FPGA share of voice
Developing a growing ecosystem of IP and channel partners that develop easy-to-use FPGA accelerator solutions and that drive adoption of Intel FPGAs
Delivering an exceptional customer experience to and remove technical barriers for FPGA, structured ASIC, and power management customers and partners
Defining, developing, and deploying the Intel Enpirion Power Solutions portfolio of products
Partnering closely with the global Engineering team to ensure seamless alignment of product definition and execution across Silicon, Software, IP and Board Solutions
Partnering closely with vertical segment teams and other product teams within Intel to align and drive value for the FPGA, structured ASIC, and power management portfolios as part of Intel's comprehensive product portfolio, and with customers across a wide range of markets and applications
Critical to the role, a successful candidate will be an expert in industry and technology trends, awareness of key competitive scenarios as well as predicting long range scenarios, goals, and objectives.
Successful track record of collaborating across organizational lines of business, sales and engineering teams in addition to problem solving in ambiguous and never-before seen business/customer situations
Successful track record of leading/influencing teams, task forces and engaging with executive management with an ability to synthesize technical details and translate into field, customer and business value
Strong written and verbal communication skills and an ability to work independently and identify market and business goals that will successful grow unit, revenue and profitability goals
Listens deeply to customers, translating future requirements into strategic product requirements that direct Intel's critical engineering and innovation priorities
Established record of success in managing at the executive level down to front line engineering
Strong business acumen coupled with technical proficiency
Proven experience in building high-performance teams, developing leaders and driving necessary organizational change to transform DPG's and Intel's culture
Actively role models DPG's leadership principles prioritizing serving customers, driving an "ownership" mindset, bringing clarity and leading through ambiguity

10+ years in planning, business, marketing and/or product roles
7+ years of FPGA, ASICs, datacenter or networking market segment expertise and strong business acumen
BS or equivalent in a related engineering field plus 15+ years relevant leadership experience; advanced degrees (MSEE, MBA) a plus
15+ years of experience in leading product or technology development teams, particularly in the semiconductor industry; strong preference for FPGA, ASIC, processor, or similar digital xPU background
