Fidelity Institutional (FI) is looking for a senior leader who is passionate about serving asset managers, intermediaries including advisors, home office professionals, and their end clients, inspiring their teams, and transforming FI into an Agile and frictionless organization. You will be accountable for developing the vision and strategy for our Fundsnetwork Tribe, empowering Squad leaders to deliver business results and customer value measured through specific critical metrics. You will partner closely with Discipline Leaders and engage them in defining and executing on the business strategy and aligning the right talent to deliver on our objectives. You will also drive enterprise wide alignment through collaboration and knowledge sharing at all levels of the organization to break down silos and achieve the best results for Fidelity.
The mission of the Fundsnetwork Tribe is to provide a differentiated core investment offering experience that significantly increases engagement, outcomes and adoption. This tribe will encompass the program management and support of the industry's leading investment solutions marketplace supporting 3rd party offerings used by investors in our personal, workplace, and institutional business lines. This tribe will support key initiative development including the Fundsnetwork Select Program, Fundsnetwork platform delivery, technology and data analytics, and product development and maintenance. We'll be looking at integration across all of the different ways we help asset managers and Fidelity clients uncover their needs, set goals and get help from Fidelity. In doing so, we will be driving higher levels asset realization, Net Promoter Scores and revenue. As a Tribe leader, you will play a key role in setting the direction and achieving the critical metrics for the overall Managed and Investment Solutions Domain and the Fidelity Institutional business.
