Some of the Responsibilities:

  • Build strong relationships with clients and internal Edelman stakeholders

  • Aggressively drive business development, from prospecting through fulfillment and CRM

  • Manage, supervise, and motivate (3 ) practice team members

  • Play a leadership role in the research, planning and development of comprehensive digital programs

  • Address client issues thoughtfully and effectively, while ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within budget

Qualifications we are seeking

  • 8 to 10 years of advertising, digital or integrated agency experience with atleast 3 years in a leadership role, and at least 5 years in a specific discipline, such as building digital experiences, search, or content marketing.

  • Demonstrate the ability to motivate team members to create consistent, high-quality, strategic outcomes and customer service for clients (internal or external)

  • Able to articulate the benefits and details of omni-channel digital marketing, including the rationale for investing in creative campaigns, supported by a robust media and measurement strategy

  • Functional understanding of business management practices and terms, such as margin (profit and contribution), profit and loss reporting, and staff utilization

  • Experienced client service expert, able to converse as a strategic advisor to the leadership of a variety of brands, many of which have a global footprint

  • High energy, persuasive and entrepreneurial-minded with a track record for directing work across multiple disciplines and stakeholders towards a business development goal

The VP of Sales Operations will build, evangelize, and deliver a world-class sales operations function to support our sales team to further accelerate our growth. Essential Duties and Responsibilities * Design and implement key metrics to define optimal performance measurements and performance management programs required to ensure sales organization success. * Aligns reporting, training, and incentive programs with performance management priorities. * Provides thought leadership to the sales organization and counsel to the CSO. * Establishes high levels of quality, accuracy, and process consistency in planning, forecasting, and budgeting approaches used by the sales organization consistent with other processes at Paycor. * Responsible for equitably assigning sales force quotas and ensuring Paycor's financial objectives are optimally allocated to all sales channels and resources. * Partners with senior sales leadership to identify and successfully implement opportunities for sales process improvement. * Fosters an organization of continuous process improvement. * Prioritizes investments in enabling technologies in support of sales organization productivity. * Works closely with the CSO and CTO to understand sales and technology strategy. * Recommends changes and enhancements to the CRM technology platform. * Ensures sales reports and other internal intelligence is provided to the sales organization. * Coordinates with sales leadership to lead efficient and accurate reporting initiatives.
