Vice Presidents in Industrials Group support new business development and investment banking engagements, including managing the execution of mergers and acquisitions transactions. They also develop expertise and build relationships with clients in one or more sectors within the Industrials coverage universe. You will be expected to:

  • Prepare, analyze, and explain historical and projected financial information;

  • Coordinate and perform detailed business due diligence

  • Execute M&A transactions, manage day-to-day process activities, and maintain strict deadlines;

  • Organize and prepare confidential information memoranda, management presentations, marketing pitches and other presentations;

  • Value companies and maintain complex financial models;

  • Assist in the marketing and planning of engagements;

  • Build relationships and maintain direct contact with clients, prospective clients and professional advisors

  • Effectively manage junior banking team members; and

  • Take an active role in team-building, recruiting, and training of team members


The ideal candidate should have prior experience in mergers and acquisitions and related financial advisory, a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The role will support firmwide managerial reporting enhancements and will primarily focus on firmwide sales and revenue planning, revenue accountability across all business lines (regions and products), as well drive a proactive agenda to advance sales analytics and inform decision-making for key senior stakeholders. Responsibilities: * Play an active role in the development of firmwide managerial reporting framework and analytics suite. * Analyze trends in sales, revenues and other KPIs. Assist with business-level profitability metrics. * Work with broader FP&A and business partners to incorporate relevant budget and forecast assumptions in line with firm growth expectations and strategic priorities. * Develop detailed budget and forecast models and senior management presentations to drive high quality decision-making and closely monitor business performance * Analyze trends in specific businesses and across the firm and produce detailed reports for senior management highlighting key changes and actionable insights.
