We Are Hiring We are hiring a full-time Vice President, Chief Resource Officer. This role is an osite position located in Lisle, IL.

The Change Management Solution sustains value for our Participants through direct end-user engagement, clear communication, and connecting across the organizations we serve through C-suite representation. The communities within Change Management Solution collaborate to elevate resource and supply management 'from the basement to the boardroom' through their range of responsibilities. As a Vice President & Chief Resource Officer (CRO), you will serve as the liaison between The Resource Group and Participant leadership to influence change, direct key initiatives, and maximize customer satisfaction.

CROs are responsible for leading the local Value Realization Teams. The embedded Value Realization Teams are made up of associates from three solution areas who engage leadership, caregivers, and associates to achieve success for The Resource Group Participants. Responsibilities Lead and direct The Resource Group's scope in area such as supply chain and resource management to drive customer experience and attain participant financial objectives across multiple markets Manage participant and The Resource Group objectives by influence within The Resource Group matrix organization and as an advisor to local market leadership Maintain a high performance work environment characterized by quality performance, positive relationships, and strong team orientation across all service offerings of The Resource Group Manages Chief Resource Officers within areas served when necessary Ensure financial objectives are achieved through implementation of cost saving measures Provide direction to market leaders regarding performance metrics and opportunities for improvement Engage customer on end-to-end supply management contracting services, operations and logistics services, and integrated change management including ensuring contract commitments are achieved for participants within scope Ensure that departmental decisions and project plans are in line with the organization's business plan for participants within scope Coordinate and align actions and activities of The Resource Group local associates who report up to other leaders by function to operate as one team for markets served What You Will Need Education:

Bachelor's degree required. Master's degree preferred. Work Experience: 7 years of experience required. 10 years of experience preferred. 5 years of leadership or management experience preferred.
