Responsibilities:

  • Partner with Business Treasury, Institutional Client Group (ICG) and Global Consumer Bank (GCB) businesses, ICG and Finance Technology to deliver capabilities and solutions for resource and risk management.

  • Work with business, operations and technology to develop derivatives funding liquidity usage models: actual / historical, contingent and forward-looking frameworks and tools. Work with technology on implementation including development of business requirements and testing.

  • Contribute to and support multiple Business Treasury and cross-group initiatives, including Citigroup liquidity forecasting, Broker-Dealer capital optimization, deposits and loans NIM/NIR/Returns analysis, etc.

  • Facilitate working groups and provide oversight of milestones to ensure quality and timeliness of deliverables.

Experience & Qualifications

  • 12+ years of experience working in the Finance industry

  • Minimum Bachelor's degree, MBA or other advanced degree is a plus

  • Strong analytical and quantitative skills

  • Understanding of Markets businesses, products and services (Fixed Income, Equities, Derivatives, Prime Brokerage, Collateral Management, Derivatives Clearing)

  • Experience in Risk Management, Treasury or other relevant functions at a top-tier bank

  • Knowledge of accounting standards and regulatory frameworks

  • Practical knowledge of data analysis and visualization tools: Excel / Python / SQL / QlikView / Tableau

  • Advanced Power Point skills for executive level presentations and working group communications

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with a wide variety of people across functions / seniority

The AFBC Advisory Officer reports to the Regional Head of Anti-Fraud, Bribery & Corruption, Americas, and is responsible for the continuing development of a robust global AFBC program, acting as a subject matter expert relative to fraud, bribery and corruption matters within the Americas Region. A graduate level law degree is strongly preferred * Ideally an existing Financial Crime professional with a background and strong knowledge of the FCPA, UK Bribery Act and other anti-corruption laws and regulations * Strong knowledge of bribery and corruption related systems, controls and preventative measures, including experience in conducting financial crime risk assessments and developing financial crime risk management frameworks; * Project management experience * Banking experience and a solid understanding of a Financial Institution's Bank, its divisions, products and risk related processes is strongly preferred Our values define the working environment we strive to create - diverse, supportive and welcoming of different views.
