A business leader with deep knowledge of employer brand, recruitment marketing and employee communications.
Revenue generating; win one major brand and marketing program per year, ACV $1M, along with multiple smaller projects and programs around $250K value each
Develop, lead and integrate new IP, services and products into Cielo. For example, a new EVP strategic model or a way of re-imagining how content marketing techniques could create a superior candidate attraction methodology, then lead integration into Cielo's different business units: sales, solution, business development and technology.
Customer: Growth & optimization
High visibility with senior Cielo stakeholders (CEO, Executive and VP level), leading to deep integration of our products and services into the overall Global Business offering, contributing to high value RPO deals and client development opportunities at $250k+
Leader of Practice and Cielo's overall reputation growth; write thought-leading blogs, speak at summits / events, leverage profile and network for new business opportunities.
Maintain a deep understanding of the employment market and trends, and how those translate back to the business.
Commercial leadership of region - responsible for the NFI tracker, invoicing, sneak peak reviews and any account P&Ls. Analyze Profit & Loss statement as well as General Ledger.
Develop documents for clients such as Service Level Agreements (SLAs), Statements of Work (SOWs) and Letters of Intent (LOIs) as needed.
Perform full range of managerial responsibilities which may include but not be limited to: interviewing, hiring, coaching and developing employees; planning, assigning and directing work, EEO,performance management; and budget.
Drive adoption of organizational initiatives into client teams.
Create, implement and manage the execution of the division's annual business plan.
Provide strategic leadership, development, mentoring and coaching of designated staff; train them in areas of subject matter expertise, ensure they understand core skills such as proposal writing, and also they that build skills of future brand practice leaders
Participate as an active member of the Cielo Executive team.
Extensive experience in delivering employer brand, marketing & communications programs required.
Marketing agency, outsourcing or consulting experience preferred.
Expertise in working with data to generate impressive insight and strategy.
Extensive experience of client management and service delivery, preferably including resourcing and/or talent management.
Previous P&L management experience preferred; forecasting, budgeting, invoicing management streams.
Functional/Technical Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required:
Digitally curious and savvy.
Excellent people management skills.
