Collaborate with cross functional teams to define and document an end-to-end strategy that results in meaningful and personalized content being delivered to clients and workplace participants via digital channels. Develop and gain adoption on a content lifecycle plan inclusive of standards and best practices for creation, tagging/taxonomy, maintenance, expiration, and governance of content.

Implement a broader governance framework for formalizing agreement on new content, metadata & taxonomy, creative design & templates, and maintenance. Implement test and learn (A/B & multivariate) framework to be adopted by various content groups to support testing of messaging, placement, and versions. Establish processes for using data-driven insights, shifts in the market, and technology advancements to evolve the underlying content strategy, and communicate changes to the organization.

Contribute to broader content strategy across Wealth Management. Enhance Content Management System (CMS) to support end-to-end strategy and ensure that the CMS platform can support the requirements for content authoring, publishing, optimization, and testing. Prioritize and manage multiple stakeholders' needs in a fast-paced environment across multiple business areas, and interact with senior management.

Salary:

Expected base pay rates for the role will be between $198,000.00 and $198,000.00 per year at the commencement of employment. However, base pay if hired will be determined on an individualized basis and is only part of the total compensation package, which, depending on the position, may also include commission earnings, incentive compensation, discretionary bonuses, other short and long-term incentive packages, and other Morgan Stanley sponsored benefit programs.

Requirements:

Requires a Bachelor's in Information Science, Computer Science, or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the position offered or five (5) years as a Taxonomy Manager, Knowledge Manager, Content Process and Standards Lead, or related occupation in the technology field.

Requires three (3) years of experience with: Developing and managing enterprise scale taxonomies and corporate metadata for management of content creation, tagging and taxonomy, maintenance, expiration, and governance in a large corporation; Eliciting requirements, managing deployments, and writing technical documentation for an internal and external Enterprise Content Management (ECM) systems including SharePoint, Drupal, and Adobe; Developing and implementing processes, standards, and guidelines for use in content management processes and tools using modeling techniques, including BPM; Developing quality assurance standards, scheduling, and measurement to ensure content quality throughout the content lifecycle; Developing metrics and modeling solutions to understand user behavior and key trends by role, sites, topic areas and access.
