As a Vice President of Account Management, you will be a key member of the leadership team within Fidelity's in-house ad agency: Fidelity Communications and Advertising (FCA). You will lead a team of account directors and supervisors and serve as the lead advocate and facilitator between marketing strategy and cross-channel activation to drive consistent messaging with an eye on customer experience, brand alignment, efficiency, quality, and business results.

The Expertise We're Looking For

  • BS/BA required

  • 10 years of related work experience in marketing or advertising

  • Prior advertising agency experience preferred

  • Financial services experience preferred but not required

The Purpose of Your Role

As a Vice President in the Account Management team, you lead a broad portfolio of work on behalf of the Workplace Investing marketing organization. This division of the company targets administrators and participants of workplace benefits plans such as 401(k)s. You partner closely with colleagues in the Workplace Marketing organization to create strategies and briefs that support business priorities and KPIs. Then working with creative, project management, and operations, you ensure that output is on brief, on budget, and delivered on time. You are a relentless advocate of the customer, the business, and a leader who inspires your team and enables them to deliver the best possible outcomes.

The Value You Deliver

  • Leading a critical portfolio of work within FCA that includes marketing for benefits administrators, plans sponsors and individual plan participants and represents ~$8MM in internal labor

  • Providing input on media and out of pocket budget decisions that represent significant investments

  • Being a key member of the FCA/Account Services leadership team providing input to prioritization, process, optimization, talent mobility, and the work itself

  • Being lead point of contact and thought leader within FCA for colleagues in the Workplace Marketing organization

  • Prioritizing work and managing budgets across a broad portfolio
