Job Duties: Vice President with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Richardson, Texas.

Lead the end-to-end product lifecycle management for impactful features with the business, leveraging deep knowledge of financial products, regulations, and industry terminology. Utilize SQL, Python, Excel, Alteryx, and other business intelligence tools to analyze data, identify patterns, and drive data-driven product decision-making. Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, compliance, legal, and risk to define product requirements that satisfy all stakeholders including what is best for customers.

Write compelling user stories with customers and customer service representatives. Understand how systems operate including how to navigate API specs, architecture diagrams, and other technology specific terminology to make sure you understand and monitor limitations and what is being developed. Champion agile methodologies leading different engineering teams and using tools like Jira to facilitate effective product development.

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Management, Software Engineering, or a related Engineering field such as Computer Engineering and three (3) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Management, Software Engineering, or a related Engineering field such as Computer Engineering and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or in a related role.

Prior experience must include three (3) years with Master's OR five (5) years with Bachelor's with the following: working with raw data and deriving insights from it using tools such as Excel, SQL, Snowflake, or Tableau; working with data models, data cleansing, and data transformation tools using programming languages such as C#, SQL, or Python; conducting User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and ensuring product and features are ready for launch; and communicating product ideas or solutions to diverse audiences, including internal and external stakeholders within technical and business teams. Prior experience must include two (2) years with Master's OR four (4) years with Bachelor's with the following: owning end to end feature development by managing the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) from grooming to development to testing and production; defining new metrics or refining existing metrics to accurately track the performance of a feature, process, or product; engaging with engineering teams on technical requirements to assess feasibility utilizing APIs, Kafka, GET and POST methods, and Logs; experience with a variety of CRMs, communication systems, and case management platforms including experience with analyzing information to improve customer experience; working on consumer-facing document processing and storage solutions; breaking down large initiatives into epics and user stories and documenting business and technical requirements using tools including Jira, Confluence, and Gliffy; evaluating financial regulations including Regulation B, TCPA, and Regulation Z to understand the impact when building financial products; defining roadmap and creating timelines for feature development using tools including Smartsheet, Jira Dashboard, and Gantt Charts; and gathering qualitative and quantitative feedback from end users and continually enhancing features to solve their pain points.
