Vice President - 8075684

Job Duties: Vice President, Systems Engineering with Goldman Sachs Bank USA in Richardson, Texas.

Provision and manage public cloud and on-premises infrastructure, including computer, networks storage and databases, using internally developed, third-party, and other Infrastructure as Code (IAC) tools. Develop and maintain automation tools to streamline DevOps tasks. Responsible for incident and problem management, ensuring issues are mitigated and resolved in a timely manner.

Implement observability and effective monitoring to drive continuous improvement of application stability, availability, and observability. Deploy and maintain CI/CD pipelines across multiple environments to automate the software development and deployment process. Provide technical leadership and guidance to other engineers and clients.

Job Requirements: Master's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field and three (3) years of experience in job offered or related role OR Bachelor's degree (U.S. or foreign equivalent) in Computer Engineering, Electronic Engineering, Business Analytics, or related field and five (5) years of experience in job offered or related role. Prior work experience must include three (3) years (with a Master's degree) OR five (5) years (with a Bachelor's degree) with: working with the full Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) including requirements gathering, design, prioritization, coding testing, release, and support using Gitlab; building infrastructure to support application and services; perform troubleshooting application issues using Splunk monitoring tool and Grafana dashboards; working in a Linux environment using Python and Shell Scripting; writing queries in Structured Query Language (SQL) and No-SQL databases; and working with Incident and Problem Management.
