The primary purpose is this role is to support and assist with the build out of IPA (Investment Proposal Analysis) and our suite of financial planning tools. The individual will work with the VP. Business Systems and RTA Program manager, compliance, legal and IT to ensure the tool is up to date for regulation changes and drive transformation through robotics. The individual will also assist the VP of Business Systems and Director of Financial Planning drive to drive growth and enhancements to the Pathfinder financial planning software.
Duties will include:
Partner with IT and the transformation team to enhance the client and advisor experience for both the IPA and Financial Planning tools
Partner with legal, compliance and supervision to ensure the tools are complaint with all existing and new regulations
Perform Business QA testing of these applications to ensure the tools are functioning properly and new enhancements are built based on the business requirements
Serve as a business expert of both platforms
Partner with training and other areas to ensure our advisors are properly trained on any new changes to the tools
Ensure all new releases have proper sign-off from various areas within the organization
Perform vendor governance tasks
Ensure all data flow into the tools are accurate
Work to enhance the import of data to reduce advisor administrative time.
College Degree Preferred
3+ Years' experience in the financial services industry
Experience with financial planning software
Experience with products and services provided in the financial services industry
Q/A experience desired
Change Management experience desired
Good communication skills
Problem solve skills required.
Financial securities licenses desired but not required
