They will work as a liaison between the emergency service and clinical support team, as well as with clients and referral partners, to achievethe following: f a cilitate c lient/patient flow, triagemedical phone calls, coordinateclient/doctor communication, performER visit follow-up calls and more. This is a perfect position for a veterinary nurse who is looking to move away from direct patient care, but continue to utilize the knowledge and technical skill set that you have gained in your career, as it will be paramount to all aspects of this role.
