Duties and Responsibilities:
staff new hires in the department
overtime while recognizing 24/7 case load needs, including coverage of technical
responsibilities for patients as needed as well as approval of time off requested

Provision of medical, behavioral, and performance expectations to technical staff
Oversight, with the guidance of Hospital Administrator, of technical staff
performance, ensuring quality control and consistency of technical task completion
provided clear expectations and understand how they perform compared to expectations
maintenance to ensure necessary functionality
ensure consistent practices throughout the hospital
Act as primary person for resource management of technical staff
As assigned by Hospital Administrator, oversee training of technical staff in various
areas of technical skills pertinent to the department
Responsible for being primary key-holder OR Cubex resource as needed
Responsible for scheduling regular technical staff meetings and verifying that all
action items from each meeting are handled before eliminating them from the list of
items to complete
response for urgent department needs
Responsible for upholding the spirit of ACCESS by handling all necessary tasks that require
attention
Qualifications:
