Veterinary Referral Coordinator

St. Francis Veterinary Specialists is seeking an experienced and enthusiastic Veterinary Referral Coordinator to join our team.

Job Summary:

The individual selected for this position must also act as a liaison for our medical team at each point of contact. We are looking for a talented, energetic, personable individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills, who will be a contributing member of our growing team. Our focus in delivering exceptional client service serves as the framework in creating a hospitable culture that fosters teamwork and a caring, professional, and supportive environment. It is our belief that treating one another with respect and compassion will enable us to provide outstanding, empathetic service to our clients, primary care veterinarians, and the community.

We operate a twenty-four-hour emergency/ICU and specialty hospital and are looking to add an experienced customer service representative to our team to assure that our customers and primary care veterinarian's expectations are exceeded.

Job Duties include but are not limited to;

• Acting as an advocate for our referring veterinarians and our mutual clients to assure the best possible experience

• Use of a computerized record-keeping system

• Use of a multi-line phone system

• Records processing

• Managing financial transactions

• Coordinating client and patient care with the medical staff

• Scheduling appointments for multiple specialty departments
