We are seeking a friendly and professional Veterinary Receptionist to join our team.

Position Overview: We are currently seeking a Veterinary Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our clinic. The ideal candidate will have veterinary reception experience and possess excellent communication and organizational skills.

Key Responsibilities:

• Greet clients and their pets warmly as they arrive at the clinic.
• Answer phone calls and schedule appointments for surgical consultations and procedures.
• Check-in patients for appointments and update their medical records as needed.
• Collect payments for services rendered and provide clients with invoices and receipts.
• Manage client inquiries and provide information about clinic services, surgical procedures, and post-operative care.
• Assist with administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and maintaining patient records.
• Ensure the reception area is clean and always organized.

Requirements

Requirements:

• Previous experience working as a veterinary receptionist is preferred.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in computer software, including MS Office and veterinary practice management systems.
• Passion for providing exceptional care and support to clients and their pets.

Shift: Monday 1 pm to 4 pm and Tuesday 8 am to 6 pm.
