Job Summary:

The Veterinary Receptionist plays a key role in the hospital's success. While this position does not have any clinical duties, the Veterinary Receptionist will work together with Veterinarians, Veterinary Technicians, Veterinary Assistants, and the Practice Manager. The Veterinary Receptionist is the pivot around which the hospital operates and is responsible for customer service functions.

Role and Responsibilities

• Check clients in and out
• Answer phones professionally
• Accurately schedule appointments
• Maintains high standard of patient and client care
• Processing payments

Pay Range: $18-$21/hour
