Clarke Animal Hospital is a busy 5 doctor practice looking for a new team member to join us.

The Client Service Specialist is a key part of the team here at Clarke Animal Hospital. We are looking for someone with experience in a busy work environment that can jump in and help our front desk run smoothly.

We need someone that can multitask, handle multiple phone lines, take detailed messages and provide great customer service. We can guarantee that each day will be different and we will keep you on your toes!

Skills needed also include knowledge of computers, multiline phone systems, faxing, scanning, texting, emailing, scheduling, and a willingness to learn. We are a fast paced office and rely on teamwork to get the job done.

At this time we are looking for someone to fill a part time position, down the road it could change to more of a full time position depending on need.
