• Setting: Emergency Veterinary Hospital
• Duties: Provide immediate and comprehensive care to animals with urgent medical needs, conduct thorough examinations and diagnostics, communicate effectively with pet owners, and perform emergency procedures as necessary.
• Schedule: No primary clinical shifts required; 2 weekends a month required
• Reports to: Market Owner
• Additional Duties: Leadership and mentorship of ER vets, ensuring medical excellence, overseeing staff retention and growth plans, conducting case audits, managing medical errors, and active involvement in community events

• Degree: DVM, VMD, or equivalent
• Experience: Minimum of 3 years in traditional 24/7 ER and critical case management
• Skills: Proficiency in critical cases, surgery, endoscopy, and teaching
• Customer Satisfaction: Top-tier, with NPS over 90% of home hospital
• Leadership: Previous experience in leadership or team management preferred
