Veterinary Housekeeper-Marina Del Rey

Tasks include but not limited to:

• Perform daily cleaning of hospital rooms and exterior grounds including

• Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming hospital and office floors

• Laundry

• Trash collection

• Restocking supplies

• Cleaning hospital grounds including dog walking lot removal of trash, feces and cigarette debris

• Ensuring cages and runs including drains, grates and padding are cleaned daily and as needed

• Reporting any broken equipment or hazardous situations to Hospital Manager or other Supervisor

• Clean public and employee restrooms

• Other hospital cleaning, maintenance projects as needed

Minimum Qualifications/Requirements:

• High school diploma, GED or equivalent combination of education, and/or experience.

• Able to do tasks that may involve extended periods standing and/or walking.

• Must be able to perform some moderately physically demanding work, involving lifting, bending, pushing, pulling or carrying up to 40 pounds.

• Ability to work around sick animals, cleaning chemicals, and unpleasant odors

Pay Range

$17-$18 USD
