Veterinary Customer Service Representative

Village West Veterinary is looking for a part-time Veterinary Customer Service Representative to join our amazing team!

Chicago, IL

The ideal candidate:

• Has excellent verbal and written communication skills

• Has the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

• Customer service experience is required

• Experience working in a Veterinary or medical setting is preferred

• Bilingual-- English/Spanish is a plus

Job Overview:

• The Customer Service Representative's primary duties are to serve as a friendly, compassionate, and welcoming "face" and "voice" of Village West Veterinary, act as a liaison between the clients and our doctors and staff,and facilitate an efficient and orderly flow of patient visits. Responsibilities also include professionally administering phone calls on multiple lines, processing payments, filling medication prescriptions, discharging patients based on veterinarians' instructions, educating clients regarding services and general care, and performing various clerical duties.
