You will greet clients, check patient vital signs, recommend, and schedule procedures, and assist the doctor as required. As part of a fun and close-knit team, you will work to ensure customers receive the best medical care a veterinary practice has to offer.

This is a fast-paced, team-oriented environment that requires quick thinking, a collaborative spirit, and the ability to perform under pressure. A successful candidate will demonstrate exceptional communication skills. Empathy is paramount.

Must-Haves:

• Expert written and verbal communication;

• Proven customer service ability;

• Flexibility and willingness to perform many job duties within the hospital;

• Friendly, positive, team-oriented attitude;

• Desire to always learn new things and take the initiative;

• A basic understanding of veterinary preventive care; and

• Comfortable for providing client education.

Nice-to-Haves:

• 1+ years of experience working in a veterinary hospital; and
• 1+ years of experience in customer service roles.
