We are looking for an experienced Program Manager to deliver high strategic recruiting experience and drive cross-functional initiatives for the Veteran and People with Disability (PwD) community. This is a highly strategic and impactful role within Facebook Recruiting, and you will be part of a team that helps drive our North America employment brand. This position will be based out of our San Francisco or Menlo Park office.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Lead projects and initiatives with key stakeholders that will continuously improve and scale our Veterans and PwD Recruiting Operations, while working closely with our Compliance team to support Veteran and PwD recruiting programs and events

Drive successful alignment among stakeholders and influence leadership in order to accomplish hiring plans. Develop and track outreach strategies, hiring plans, and success metrics. Gather and leverage feedback to constantly refine hiring approaches

Represent Facebook at community events and career fairs, and deliver presentations on Facebook's culture and open opportunities

Act as a key contact for candidates who identify as Veterans and PwD throughout their hiring processes

Develop relationships and maintain a high-touch engagement strategy with top talent for both current and future opportunities at Facebook through events, meetings, and facilitated partner introductions

Responsible for recruiting side event management, including: volunteer management, external partner management, candidate triaging

Partner with the Talent Brand team to create effective outreach campaigns for both communities

Moderate and leverage social media channels for active sourcing/lead generation (ie. FB VetWorking group)

Partner with resume review teams to manage Veterans and PWD Inbox

Partner with to recruiting learning and diversity teams to provide training on Veteran and PWD best practices and effective sourcing strategies

Partner closely with recruiting team to transition candidates to open requisitions

Develop strong partnerships across all levels of the organization. Collaborate and work with cross-functional stakeholders in recruiting, diversity, employee resource groups and business functions

Regularly run pipeline activity, maintain data integrity, and proactively share data-centric updates with internal partners

Champion diversity and inclusion internally and externally by approaching programming with diversity, equity and inclusion in mind

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • 5+ years of experience across recruiting and/or Veteran and PwD compliance programs

Proven skills in recruiting operations management, project execution and strategy analysis

Self-directed and possess excellent communication and presentation skills

Time management and ability to work across concurrent priorities

Creative and data-driven approach to solving problems and confident with synthesizing data and making recommendations

Exceptional organizational skills with great attention to detail and thorough follow-up

Consultative skills and ability to effectively influence and collaborate with interdepartmental teams

Operational excellence with an eye for developing processes, resources that achieve team effectiveness

Comfortable with navigating ambiguity

Proficient in using Microsoft Office Programs, Adobe Photoshop, Keynote, Outlook, Marketing Tools, etc.
