Job Description Job Description We are a sales agency new to the New Orleans, Louisiana area. We are a force that provides customer-focused business development solutions for a multitude of brands and companies with the goal of helping them expand their market share without driving up the cost.
We’re able to bring together world-renowned brands and connect them with their regular, everyday customers through industry-leading sales tactics. We’ve recently signed a significant contract with Verizon to assist in the development and execution of a sales campaign. The Verizon Sales Representative is responsible for assisting and supporting the Customer Service and Sales teams and will be a client-facing role meeting with prospective customers on a regular basis.
The core function of the role is to speak with internal and external customers and conduct informative product presentations that best address and suit the customer’s needs. Primary Job Responsibilities for the Verizon Sales Representative: Meet with internal and external customers directly and execute thorough product presentations based upon the customer’s wants and needs Establish genuine relationships with customers to drive brand loyalty and increase customer retention and satisfaction Maintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all of Verizon’s products and services including, but not limited to new promotions to the market, installation processes, and account support services Act as a primary point of contact for all new and existing customers Assist in order processing and maintain accurate records of all customer interactions in accordance with our compliance policies and regulations Deliver exceptional customer service and account support by building rapport and trust with customers Use relationship-building techniques to generate new business and referral opportunities in the future Skills and Requirements for the Verizon Sales Representative: At least 1-2 years of experience in a customer service, sales, or client-facing role Experience in a retail or hospitality type of environment is strongly regarded Ability to establish, build and maintain positive working relationships with fellow team members, customers and clients Must be able to work at our corporate office location on a regular basis Desire to join a growing team and organization that prioritizes its employee’s well-being and personal and professional development Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills including negotiation and presentation skills
