What We Look For

Primary Responsibilities: A Bilingual Inside Sales Representative is responsible to make calls to all perspective leads in which the company provides and in the manner the company lays out. The main goal of every call is to set in-home appointments for the Outside Sales Representatives. * Contact interested leads who have requested a quote via phone * Track progress through Salesforce * Represent our company with the incredible knowledge you'll gain about solar power * Represent our company with professionalism, warmth, and enthusiasm Requirements: * Bilingual - fluency in both English and Spanish is required * Telesales/call center experience is a plus * The ability to handle people of diverse backgrounds and experiences via telephone * Ability to cope with difficult customer situations * Excellent listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions, to understand concerns, and to overcome objections * Demonstrated passion for customer service * Able to work occasionally on Saturdays What's in it for You?
