Position Summary:
Verification and Validation Technicians work with the Engineers and Documentation Specialist defining and documenting testing procedures according to plans and deadlines. Executes verification and validation procedures as instructed. Position

Responsibilities:
  • Responsible for correct and complete documentation of verification and validation methods.

  • Responsible for reporting all the potential issues discovered in a clear, easily understandable manner.

  • Carefully documents the results of all the performed activities, reports missing documentation.

  • Investigates issues as needed.

  • Communicates with Hardware/Software Engineers to define, create and improve verification procedures and methods using all the related documentation.

  • Define, create and improve validation procedures and methods using all the related documentation.

  • Based on project schedules, run verification and validation tests reporting all issues discovered during the execution.

  • Documents the results of the verification or validation process, delivering the documentation in good order and ready to be processed.

  • Perform testing related to approval of configurations of PC based products.

  • Assists with organizing outside testing, reviews reports and provide administrative support.

  • Maintains equipment, test configurations and databases of clinical data used for verification and validation testing.

  • Perform and document preliminary user Mandatory Requirements -- Essential competencies:

  • Associate Degree and 3+ years relevant experience, preferably in a clinical setting.

  • Advanced Excel skills, advanced Word skills, intermediate Networking skills, advanced computer management skills; and troubleshooting capabilities.

  • Understands the intended use and some technical aspects of Resting ECG, Holter, Stress and monitoring systems.

  • Strong troubleshooting, problem solving abilities required.
