Must-Have

Experience in conducting security compliance reviews of new Hosted Providers

Conduct security scan, security compliance reviews of new Hosted Providers, and perform annual recertification

Work with Hosted Provider to remediate any requirements not met

Perform security assessment and share final compliance results on the security checklist

Coordinate Clients security requirements with each Hosted Provider based on the level of security compliance review

Review and verify completeness of security compliance checklists filled out by each Hosted Provider

Perform a security assessment based on Client approved policies and guidelines
Good-to-Have

Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English

Must be able to lead and participate in outage calls

Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required

Ability to present reports to all level of clients, internally and externally

Excellent organizational & communication skills

Ability to adapt and influence in a rapidly changing environment

Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills

Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment

Offer ideas for quality and process improvements that align with the organization's goals

Assist in the implementation of best practices, processes and tools

OVERVIEW: TheSenior Manager category lead in Strategic Sourcing drives competitive advantageand value creation for Gap Inc. The Senior Manager category lead will ownplanning, implementation, and execution of category strategies for highlycomplex Domestic Logistics category, including Parcel, Line Haul and3PL categories. ESSENTIALDUTIES AND QUALIFICATIONS: * Lead Category Strategydevelopment and execution through strong technical/functional knowledge, in supportof the business' short-term and long-term plans. Has deep understanding of keystrategic sourcing functions (supplier selection, marketing intelligence,business partner management, contract management, negotiations, SRM, etc.) aswell as subject matter expertise in the small parcel, line Haul, and 3PL categories. * Build and strengthenstrategic relationships: successfully partner across varied functions and levelswith senior internal stakeholders, external suppliers, agencies and colleaguesto drive results and influence change * External Focus: Develop categoryknowledge and regularly leverage industry experts, associations, peers andstakeholders to identify and benchmark best practices * Lead cross-functionteam to achieve defined category performance targets; hold vendors accountableto performance agreements and implement course corrections and mitigationstrategies as needed * Leverage stronginfluencing skills todefine Strategic Sourcing's role and align objectives and targets withstakeholders, including senior leadership * Subject matter expert to the broadercategory teams in the development of plans for implementation and changemanagement for projects * Act as a changeagent todrive Strategic Sourcing process, scale and leverage opportunities QUALIFICATIONS: * Business Acumen: category expertise inthe following categories (small parcel, line haul, and 3PL) * Strategic Orientation: experience leveragingbusiness acumen, market intelligence, and insight to influence and drivestrategic impact across a portfolio of categories.
