Must-Have

Experience in conducting security compliance reviews of new Hosted Providers

Conduct security scan, security compliance reviews of new Hosted Providers, and perform annual recertification

Work with Hosted Provider to remediate any requirements not met

Perform security assessment and share final compliance results on the security checklist

Coordinate Clients security requirements with each Hosted Provider based on the level of security compliance review

Review and verify completeness of security compliance checklists filled out by each Hosted Provider

Perform a security assessment based on Client approved policies and guidelines
Good-to-Have

Excellent listening skills & ability to communicate clearly and fluently in English

Must be able to lead and participate in outage calls

Create the Standard Operating Procedure and update the knowledge database documentation whenever required

Ability to present reports to all level of clients, internally and externally

Excellent organizational & communication skills

Ability to adapt and influence in a rapidly changing environment

Strong interpersonal, communication, organization and follow-through skills

Demonstrate ability to work effectively in a team environment

VIEW JOBS 10/14/2018 12:00:00 AM 2019-01-12T00:00 PC Specialist - Risk Management * General Summary:Provide planning, implementation, and support to TBAGC (Toyota Boshoku America Group Companies) plants to help minimize any risk associated with plant activity. Assist in standardizing work across the TBAGC to increase efficiency across entire organization. II. Essential Job Functions: * Risk Management * Ensure on-time delivery * Create NONC/Shotgun log and on-time delivery KPI to track C/M and improve delivery performance. * Crisis response center setting (when necessary), and inform trouble cases. * Set the safety stock standards and plan emergency stock. * Set the equipment back up plan. * Improve O.A. performance. * Standardization of plant PC procedures and training * Physical inventory preparation and reflection. * Parts ordering and forecasting. * Inventory control. * Change Point Management * Manage change points to ensure stable supply and minimum obsolescence. * Insure the annual production volume (by each customer and plant). * ECI implementation schedule (mass production). * Tooling/Equipment transfer schedule. * Volume change planning. * Build out management/Obsolescence claim. * Capacity Planning * Review and analyze machine capacity data for each process, each plant using actual O.A., scrap, etc. * Production capacity research by showing the annual production volume (Machine, Labor hour). * Make recommendations for Manufacturing Location Change Requests. * Minimum Qualifications/Requirements: Education: * Bachelor's degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field required, or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Experience: * Greater than four (4) years of relevant manufacturing experience required. * Prior Project Management training and/or experience. * TBA production process experience preferred. * Previous exposure to a multicultural office environment preferred. * Toyota Tier 1 or other OEM Tier 1 automotive parts production or production control experience is a plus. Personal/Technical Skills: * Effective time management skills. * Ability to work in a team environment. * Strong organization and planning skills. * Good interpersonal and communication skills. * Ability to compile effective and concise visual reports. * Ability to train and transfer knowledge to plant PC personnel. * College level math skills with understanding of general business applications. * Ability to multitask, manage diversity, and facilitate problem solving and resolution. * Ability to clearly communicate and work well with TBA corporate and plant team members at all levels. Language Skills: * Strong verbal and written communication skills in English. * Japanese, Spanish, and/or Portuguese would be helpful. Computer/Software: * Solid working knowledge and experience with Microsoft Office and other computer-based applications (e.g., MS Word, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Lotus Notes/Outlook, Internet, etc.). * Thorough understanding and working knowledge in the support and management of Oracle Database Modules. * Experience with Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) and manufacturing information systems including Oracle and Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) is a plus. * Work Environment/Conditions: Office: Open Office Environment, moderate noise level. Plant: Standard automotive plant environment with moderate noise level. PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) such as safety glasses, steel toe shoes, hearing protection, etc. may be required in engineering, manufacturing, or industrial areas. Personal attire standards may apply. Travel: Must be able to travel up to 50% of the time to visit TBAGC plants. * Physical Demands: Ability to sit and work on a computer for extensive periods of time is required. While performing the duties of this job, the team member is required to talk, see, and hear. The team member must be capable of walking, sitting, and standing for extended periods of time and may be occasionally required to lift up to 30 pounds.
