General Summary and Purpose:

The Vendor Management Specialist is an integral part of the Victory Operations Team and will create and maintain relationships with all applicable vendors, contractors, and service providers who provide soft dollar services to our distinct franchises.

You will report to the Vendor Management Supervisor.

You Will:

• Oversee the firm's soft dollar budget.

• Oversee soft dollar vendor agreements and budgets.

• Oversee Quarterly Franchise Broker vote and reporting.

• Process soft dollar invoices.

• Oversight of Proxy voting and reconciliation and support daily investment.

• Oversee vendor contract setup, renewal, and maintenance processes.

• Participate in policy and process improvements by identifying challenges and proposing solutions.

You Have:

• Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting or related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in financial services or asset management industry.
