he Vendor Management Coordinator will work as part of a team while recruiting various vendors to complete orders as well as counseling them with production issues as needed. Responds to and satisfies issues in a timely, consistent manner and ensures accurate resolution. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication and interpersonal skills to gain trust, achieve business objectives, and collaborate with supervision. A DAY IN THE LIFE

In this role, you will

  • Monitor market capacity and availability to support company volume of work assignments

  • Strategically recruit new vendors to support daily capacity and availability goals

  • Conducts regular coaching and counseling to vendors to ensure they are meeting ServiceLink standards

DETAILED JOB DUTIES

  • Daily monitoring of market capacity and availability to support current volume plus 25%

  • Strategically recruiting new vendors to support daily capacity and availability goals

  • Responsible for ensuring depth in panel completing work within quality and performance milestone expectations

  • Maintain vendor decline percentages to be less than 5 percent

  • Monitoring COGS goals against production

  • Conducts regular coaching and counseling to vendors

  • Maintain compliance with valuations regulatory authorities

  • Perform all other duties as assigned

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • The ability to maintain a positive and professional business relationship with vendors and internal staff

  • Basic reading, writing, and arithmetic skills required. This is normally acquired through a high school diploma or equivalent

  • Knowledge of office processes, procedures, and technology

  • Computer literate with the ability to learn software applications. Duties require professional verbal and written communication skills and the ability to type 50 wpm. This is normally acquired through one to three years of office experience

  • Work requires willingness to work a flexible schedule
