Vendor Management Analyst

SBM Management is searching for a Vendor Management Analyst to join our team! The Vendor Management Analyst is pivotal in coordinating vendor management activities including setting up new vendors, monitoring compliance, and overseeing contract performance. The role will be responsible for organizing and managing quarterly business reviews with suppliers, preparing detailed reports for these reviews, and administering our comprehensive contracts database.

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate the setup of new vendors and ensure all vendor compliance requirements are met.

• Monitor ongoing compliance and contract performance, addressing any issues in a timely manner.

• Schedule and coordinate supplier quarterly business reviews (QBRs), and prepare insightful reports to aid in management decisions.

• Administer the contracts database, ensuring all data is up-to-date and accurately maintained.

• Notify category managers and vendors of impending contract renewals and expirations.

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure vendor performance aligns with company goals and standards.

• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field preferred.

• At least 2-3 years of relevant experience in vendor management or a similar role.

• May be required to have a valid driver's license.

• Proven experience in vendor management, procurement, or a related field.

• Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office products (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and SmartSheets.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong analytical skills and the ability to prepare detailed reports.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of working effectively with both vendors and internal teams.

Compensation: $66,560 - $67,000 per year

Shift: Full-time
