Vendor Incentives Analyst

At SRS/Heritage, we are dedicated to delivering exceptional service and support to our employees. We are seeking a detail-oriented Invoice Verification Analyst to join our Vendor Incentives team supporting our Field Support.

Responsibilities:

• Program Processing: Process vendor IV programs accurately and timely for all vendors.

• Field Support: Work with branch managers to ensure timely and accurate entry of field submissions.

• Collaboration: Working closely with the Invoice Verification team, branches, vendors and IT. Also working with the other departments like AP and Innovation.

• Audits and Reconciliation:

• Performing weekly, monthly, and quarterly IV program audits.

• Review and analyze exception reporting.

• Support other team members to reconcile credit entry variances.

• Work with PBI support team to enhance reporting and innovation.

• System Testing: Ability to review and analyze reporting for accuracy and enhancements.

Requirements:

• Software Proficiency: Familiarity with Microsoft Office applications, especially Outlook and Excel. Power Bi and Outsystems is a plus.

• Communication: Excellent communication skills, essential for addressing branch and vendor inquiries.

• Team Player: Ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Skills:

• Education: A degree in accounting or a related field is preferred or 3+ years of industry experience with a focus on data analytics.

• Software Experience: Previous exposure to Power Bi or Outsystem is a plus.

Soft Skills:

• Adaptability: Ability to quickly shift priorities if needed.

• Organization: Detail-oriented and highly organized.

• MS Office
