Vendor Enrollment Specialist

The Vendor Enrollment Specialists is a 100% onsite position.

Location: Leander TX

M-F, Full Time 40 hours a week- Direct Hire

Salary: $50,000-$65,000 yearly

Must Have Experience:

• Previous experience in vendor management or accounts payable preferred.

• Proven experience working with accounting systems.

• Proficiency in MS Excel.

• Comfortable making several outbound calls daily.

• Strong attention to detail.

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• Experience with Salesforce

Position Overview:

The first point of contact for our Clients to assist them in setting up Vendors for payment. Responsible for Vendor outreach and setup in our Web Portal. Report to Department Head in tracking system bugs (internal systems and unfulfilled payments.

Responsibilities:

Initial Vendor outreach:

• Invite Vendors to Vendor Portal or…

• Set up Vendor Payment Option from Salesforce (SF) cases

• Enter foreign banking into Exactuals to set up Foreign Vendors (as appropriate)

• Review all GIACT (bank details, OFAC, TINCheck, etc) to ensure Vendor passes all details and verify any negative results with Vendor

• Complete missing details on Mapped Vendors from accounting software in the Master Vendor List

• Follow up with Vendors on stale checks and reissue as ACH or update check address

• Review ACH clearing date

• Review queued payments where check was issued where details are not provided

• Verify payments on hold with Client

• Confirm unapproved payments 3+ days old with Client

• Respond to Client & Vendor emails in Salesforce in a timely manner

• Track all Virtual Card payments to ensure they post in timely manner

• Record date/initials of who made the payment in ACC on the payment screen (as needed/appropriate)

• Resolved "Undelivered" Vendor emails from SF on file for credit card generation, reach out to verify with Vendor Contact Vendors via email and/or phone to assist with completing payments

• Resend details if payment is not completed after 6 days

• Reissue Payments as Check or ACH where Vendor refuses payment by Card

• Review all GIACT (bank details, OFAC, TINCheck, etc) to ensure Vendor passes all details and verify any negative results with Vendor

• Complete missing details on Mapped Vendors from accounting software in the Master Vendor List

• Resolve partials and credits with Vendors and communicate resolution to Clients

• Grow Vendor Portal enrollment
