Summary of Job Duties
This position will support the Vendor Category Management team by providing administrative and coordination support. The Administrator will work with vendor partners to ensure proper administration processes are conducted that will result in an efficient B2B execution. This position will also provide proper electronic record keeping, vendor contract files, as well as Vendor Product files.
Specific Job Duties
Help create and coordinate vendor trackerpromos, marketing, tradeshow support
Manage billings administration for trainings and shows
Assist with spiff coordination and communication with sales team and buyers
Assist Category Managers with prospective vendors set up and communication (acceptance and decline letters)
Coordinate Vendor business reviews for the CMs
Coordinate and publish various CM reports to executive management
Support and coordination of show order forms (Connects)
Review and audit new brand form submissions to ensure all paperwork is completed prior to submitting to coding.
Perform all other tasks as assigned by Threshold management.
Minimum Qualifications Required
High School Diploma or GED
Detail oriented
Excellent organizational skills
Good MS skills with superior Excel, Word and Power point experience
Must have strong communication skills
Good writing skills
Ability to multitask while continuously meeting deadlines
