Vehicle Repossession/Recovery Coordinator Responsibilities:

  • Assign vehicles for repossession for the region

  • Utilize GPS and/or skip tracing to locate vehicles

  • Assign vehicle repossessions to a local agent

  • Update system, daily report & send required notifications

  • Maintain a master list of vehicle repossession activity

  • Other related administrative duties

Vehicle Repossession/Recovery Coordinator Requirements:

  • Administrative vehicle repossession/recovery experience

  • Good computer skills

  • Google Sheets and/or Microsoft Excel experience

  • Able to multi-task

  • Detailed & organized

  • Good communication skills

  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment

  • Able to pass a background check & drug screen

  • Able to work onsite (possible hybrid in future)

Vehicle Repossession/Recovery Coordinator Work Hours:

  • Monday - Friday
  • 7-4 or 8-5
