The Vehicle Readiness Specialist is a key contributor to the Tesla experience by preparing vehicles forcustomers, and working with teammates to find opportunities for continous improvement and new ways of vehicle readiness. This position is responsible for the high-quality preparation of customer cars, washing vehicles, and preparing new customer delivery vehicles. Success requires a desire to work quickly and efficiently,be challenged, have a high level of accountability, and a personal satisfaction in doing a great job.


  • Clean service, loaner, and gallery vehicles

  • Clean vehicle exteriors and interiors in compliance with company standards

  • Operate steamers, hoses, vacuums, and other equipment

  • Ability to spot check and manage paint correction onsite as needed

  • Track schedules, prioritize, and manage time effectively to meet deadlines

  • Communicate with various teams that are involved in the vehicle orientation process

  • Manage inventory and reorder supplies, as needed

  • Troubleshoot issues and escalate to management through appropriate channels when needed

  • Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to meet business needs


  • Valid driver's license in the country in which you are applying, 2 year minimum driving record required with a clean driving history, and ability to be insured

  • High School diploma or equivalent

  • Proven track record of a great work ethic

  • Demonstrated ability to be a team player

  • Ability to lift 50 - 60 pounds

Must be at least 18 years of age or older

VIEW JOBS 11/15/2019 12:00:00 AM 2020-02-13T00:00 Position Description The Inside Vehicle Sales Manager will work Marketing qualified leads, self-generated leads, and other lead sources to maximize retail sales and promote customer satisfaction initiatives. Maximizing proceeds and gains on used vehicles, generating first time customers, establishing repeat buyers, increasing speed to market, are focus areas for the position. The Inside Vehicle Sales Manager will also look to maximize ancillary products and revenue, including, but not limited to: extending warranty, financing, pre-paid SelectCare options and other related products. Additionally, they will work with the Wholesale Manager to dispose of older inventory and also refer leads that may fall into the wholesale arena. He/She will work with BU Maintenance and Asset Managers to proactively market units that are nearing the end of term. Feedback will also be given to the appropriate parties regarding market conditions, pricing trends and other variables that impact used vehicle inventory levels and pricing. Requirements * High School diploma or equivalent * Post-secondary education (e.g. Bachelor's degree) preferred with emphasis on marketing and sales assignments preferred * Three (3) years or more sales related experience * Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
