Who we're looking for
Toyota Chicago Region is looking for a passionate and highly-motivated Regional Vehicle Product Training Specialist.
The primary responsibility of this role is to create and manage all product training for Toyota dealerships and Toyota Region Team members.
Reporting to the Product Sales & Engagement Manager, the person in this role will support the Chicago Region's objective to demonstrate qualities of leadership, business insight, initiative and strategic thinking.
What you'll be doing
Creating custom training content, videos, presentations, and materials for product training.
Serve as subject matter experts answering and researching product and technology questions from dealership personnel.
Conducting in dealership training for dealership associates.
Working with dealerships on Toyota Certification program requirements, Recognition Programs and course fulfillment.
Coordinating, executing and presenting training for new model launches, SmartPath and selling/leadership skills.
What you bring
Be a learner and have an interest in growing your personal skills and abilities
Creative mindset and a willingness to take risks
Comfortable with presenting in front of large groups and using video
Willing to collaborate in a team environment, organized and enjoys teaching others
Working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
Bachelor's degree or higher in a business-related subject or equivalent professional work experience
Ability to travel up to 75% if needed
