TITLE: Veeva Clinical Vault IT Product Lead

DUTIES: Design and build scalable Veeva Vault platform components and frameworks.

Enable features per release planning. Ensure product adoption by supporting use of Platform. Run assessments and POCs against Veeva general releases and new enhancement requirements.

Provide domain expertise on product functionality and APIs. Responsible for technical architecture and implementation of eTMF, CTMS, Study Startup to support clinical trial data and content management solution on Platform. Lead software implementation projects and customers during lifecycle implementation including project planning, gap analyses, workshop delivery, requirements gathering, configuration, validation, migration, integration, training, and go-live activities.

Guide customers through successful implementation. Collaborate cross-functionally around strategic enterprise initiatives. Provide release management, technical cutover, environment management and infrastructure automation services.

Work cross-functionally to support existing release and change management process. Collaborate with key stakeholders in developing and executing a robust test and release process. Identify, recommend and implement software release process improvements.

Ensure technical specification and design documents are updated as changes are configured within Platform. Supervises at least 6 employees holding titles of: Business Analyst Lead, IT Sr Platform Engineer, Platform Business Analysts, Sr Platform Engineer and Software Engineer.

REQUIREMENTS: Must have a Bachelor's degree or foreign equivalent in Electronic Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field plus seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience in the position offered, as an Application Developer, Senior Projects Associate, or in a related position.

Must have seven (7) years of progressively responsible experience with each of the following: Open Text Documentum Suite (5x-20x), Webtop, D2, Docbrokers, Content Server, WDK, DFC, DQL, SQL Server 2014-19, Java, WebLogic Server, and Oracle 19x; Veeva Vault Platform, AWS or Azure Cloud based SaaS applications, HP ALM, Jira Confluence, Jira Xray, and Jira Exploratory; Working with Content Management solutions across Life science and Biotechnology Research and Development and Quality Management functions, including GxP and 21CFR Part 11, and Quality Compliance Process, including SOPs; Working with Microsoft APV, Azure platform and service, and cloud computing AWS; Working with content Management system product functionality and APIs. Must hold certification in Veeva Vault Platform.
